Stephen I. Silberfein

Stephen I. Silberfein has been admitted to practice law in New York State since 1971 and has been in private practice almost exclusively in the Matrimonial and Family Law area since 1981. He is a past and present member of the Family Law Sections/Committees of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, New York County Lawyers Association, and Association of the Bar of the City of New York and experienced in all areas of Family and Matrimonial Law.

Mr. Silberfein has both lectured and served as moderator on subjects in the areas of Family and Matrimonial Law, including for NYCLA and the Association of the Bar. He has participated as a neutral evaluator as part of the original ENE program, has been a panellist on radio programs devoted to Matrimonial Law issues, has been an arbitrator since the inception of the fee arbitration programs, was a lecturer for the pilot PEACE program, and has volunteered and participated in numerous pro bono programs, including SHIELD, Office of the Self-Represented, and others.

Courtney S. Lewis

Courtney S. Lewis has been admitted to practice law in New York State since 2005. She has dedicated her entire career exclusively to the practice of Matrimonial and Family Law. She has appeared in both Supreme Court and Family Court on all matters involving divorce, maintenance, child support, custody and visitation and related issues.

Courtney is a member of the New York State Bar Association Young Lawyers Section and the New York County Lawyers Association, Matrimonial Law Section.
