Mr. Silberfein was quoted in an article on the Cuomo divorce in the July 3, 2003 issue of the Daily News. When asked for his views on the Cuomos' public statements announcing their separation, Mr. Silberfein said: "Parties seeking revenge or vindication [in public] often find themselves many months later still litigating with no great progress but great expenses for legal fees."
